20 Green Blogs You Should read in 2008

Concerns about the environment are rising around the globe, with many people wondering what they can do towards environmental conservation. As a result of this, hundreds of blogs dedicated to the environment are popping up on the Internet. Following is a list of what we think are the 20 best environmental blogs available on the net in no particular order:

1. TreeHugger - TreeHugger is the reigning king of environmental blogs and ranks number 17 on Technorati’s top blogs list. Covering a wide variety of topics, from environmental news, and events, to the latest products, TreeHugger is without a doubt one of the most superior blogs available today.

2. Car Green Congress - Interested in going green? Well you can, from the types of food that you cook, to the cars that you drive. This blog focuses on the green mobility industry with topics ranging from technology, news and politics.

3. Teensy Green - Many parents are deciding to become environmentally aware. Learn about toys, arts and crafts, books, clothing and bath and body products aimed at creating a more environmentally friendly atmosphere for you and your kids.

4. Haute Nature - A blog offering a vast array of information pertaining to ecologically based creative ideas, art and green products for you children, home and lifestyle. Combine style with sustainability by reading Haute Nature.

5. Ecorazzi - All the green gossip you ever wanted to know about your favourite celebs.

6. Mindful Momma - There are loads of green blogs out there for parents wanting to go green. Mindful Momma offers a unique perspective to green parenting in an insightful way.

7. Green as a Thistle - A blog chronicling the life of Vanessa, a Canadian journalist, in her daily quest to do something that betters than environment for an entire year. At the moment, she is on day 229.

14. Celsius - Celsius is a wonderful blog for those interested in the climate and global warming. Celsius helps people discuss, create and manage projects to reduce global warming and cool the planet for a brighter tomorrow.

15. Got2BeGreen - This blogs allows you to read more about future green inventions, keeps you updated on green technology and modern living in an eco-friendly environment.
